    Background:
    Prior to her appointment as the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee, Ms.
    Greenberg was the Supervising Shareholder of the Bankruptcy Practice
    Area for the law firm, Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C.  She was also
    the Supervising Shareholder for that firm’s New Jersey Foreclosure
    Practice Area.  

    Prior to her tenure with Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, Ms. Greenberg
    represented debtors in consumer bankruptcies at the Law Office of
    Nicholas Fitzgerald.  

    Ms. Greenberg serves as a committee chair on the Lawyers Advisory
    Committee to the Board of Bankruptcy Judges for the District of New
    Jersey.  She sits on the Board of Directors of the National Data Center.  
    She is also a guest lecturer on the topic of consumer bankruptcy for
    many organizations.

    own law practice representing debtors in area of Consumer
    Bankruptcy.  

    Mr. Petrolino has lectured on numerous occasions in the area of
    Chapter 13 Administration to attorneys, debtors & court personnel.  He
    was also a contributory author to the ICLE's new Jersey Bankruptcy
    Manual.
