• Click on “REGISTER FOR e-PAY
  • Complete Registration-Profile Details.   This is where you will set up your Username   KEEP THIS
    INFORMATION FOR FUTURE PAYMENTS.
  • Click “Next” when done  
  • This next page will ask you for your eleven digit online payment id which is your case number
  • and the last four digits of either the debtor or co-debtor's social security number (NO DASHES OR
    LETTERS)
  • After entering your online payment ID two times, click “Next”.
  • The next page provides one more opportunity to verify your information before submission.  IF CORRECT,
    click “Submit Registration”.

REGISTRATION:
PAYMENTS ON LINE [EPAY]
Information you will need to register for online payments:
  • Your case number
  • The last four digits of debtor or co-debtor’s social security number
  • A checking or savings account with sufficient funds to cover your payment,
      plus a $2 fee
  • Valid e-mail address

Note:  Your case number Without letters and last four digits of your social
security number is your online payment ID.
 
MAKING A PAYMENT:
  • Go to our website at www.magtrustee.com
  • Payments can only be made on ACTIVE cases, not being reinstated or  dismissed.
  • Click on “Plan Payments”
  • Click on "Make online Payment"
  • Click   MAKE A PAYMENT
  • Enter your Username and Password.
      IMPORTANT: If you have misplaced or forgotten your Username and/or Password Use the forgot
      password or forgot username link on main login page on site.
      You MUST use e-mail registered with the account for recovery.
      OTHERWISE YOU MUST SEND AN EMAIL: ePayQuestions@magtrustee.com.

     
 DO NOT CALL THE TRUSTEES OFFICE AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST
YOU WITH EPAY ISSUES.
 

      BE PATIENT AS IT MAY TAKE UP TO TWO BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE A REPLY.
      Please include case number and your full name.

  • Once you are logged in you may select the amount you wish to pay.
      You will have the choice of making either your current monthly plan payment or another payment amount.
      NOTE: YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER ONCE.
      AFTER YOUR REGISTER, YOU CAN SIMPLY GO TO MAKE A PAYMENT VIA E-PAY.
  • If you already entered your routing and bank account number select previously used and highlight the account.
     Enter your bank account information and select the type of account.
         If you are unsure of your bank routing or account numbers, please click on the image button to the right
     of the routing number filed.
     Routing numbers are always nine digits and to the left of the account number.
     IMPORTANT: DO NOT use a deposit slip to obtain your routing number as it may be different.
     You must enter correct routing and account information in order for your payment to be processed.
  • After your payment information has been entered, click “Submit Payment
NON SUFFICENT FUNDS

If your payment is returned because of non-sufficient funds then you may not make
future online payments. There are no exceptions.
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD USERNAME
  • Go to our website at www.magtrustee.com
  • Click on “Plan Payments”
  • Click on "Make online Payment"
  • Click   MAKE A PAYMENT

Forgotten your Username

Click on Forgotten username.

Enter e-mail address you registered with.

Forgotten your Password

Click on the Forgotten your Password

This will bring you to a new screen and you will be asked to provide your user name

The system will send you a new password.
However, you must wait for up to 24 hours use that new password.
You can go back to make a payment and you can must go to settings and change your password.
You do not have to change the password but you need to remember for future payments.

LOCKED OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT
  • If you received letter that you were locked out because there were non-sufficient funds in your account,
      YOU ARE LOCKED OUT PERMANENTLY and have to make payments via mail [see instructions above]
  • If you made three incorrect attempts to login, then your account is locked out temporarily.
      Your account will RESET IN THREE (3) HOURS.
  • If you forgot your password, then after 3 hours, you can go back into the system and follow the above
     instructions for resetting your password.
